Application Fee

A $200 non-refundable application fee is required for admission into the English Language Program. This is a one-time fee.

Visas/permits

Most international students require an entrance document to enter and study in Canada — either a visa (TRV) or an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) for shorter programs — or a study permit for programs of study over 6 months.

Check with your nearest Canadian Embassy or Consulate for more information on applying for entrance documents and study permits

Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL)

The Government of Canada requires that all new study permit applicants need a Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL) from the province in which they intend to study. The English Language Program will secure PALs for students who register in two or more PAL-eligible programs (ESL 100 and EAP 200) within a 12-month period.  PAL eligible programs have dedicated sections for students requiring PALs. Registration will not be accepted later than four months before the program of study begins.
